Donation Refund Policy

Jwpindia.org ( Joint women’s Programme ) has implemented a donation refund policy for ensuring fair and transparent processing of requests made for donation refunds. We expect from every donor that they will practise due care and diligence while making their donations. We also acknowledge the donors and their change of mind. It’s quite possible the amount they have donated was being made mistakably. A refund request will be examined properly and then its endeavour ahead for the further process. A proper explanation and reason for donation may also be asked from the user. Apart from this, a proper verification will be made with all the necessary documents proof being used for making a donation.

Requests should be made before 30 days of the donation date.
The refund process may take 7 to 30 days time If you’d also like your donation to get refunded, then send your donation refund request to the following address:
